We offer BBQ Classes that are attended by people from across the country. You can learn the techniques to be competitive in barbecue contests or just be the best in your neighborhood. The schedule of classes is provided under Coming Events. If you would like to have a special someone attend one of these classes Gift Certificates are Available.

Our Barbecue Trailer is for sale. It has two Jedmaster smokers on it, one a grilling pit, and the other a rotisserie pit. It has a storage cabnet with two drawers, and lower doors that cover two shelves that contain 4.5 square foot of storage on each shelf. There is a canopy that retracts. There is a back canopy that drops down to protect from the sun or wind, and snow. It also comes with tarping that covers both ends and the front. It has a stainless steel 4' prep table. The unit sets on a 16' Star utility trailer and is 7' wide with electric brakes. It has a utility box mounted on the rear of the trailer tongue.
