Our Catering is available throughout the Kansas City Metro area. Tailgate parties are a specialty, but consider us as well for picnics, family reunions, wedding receptions, church gatherings, graduations, and business networking functions.

We also offer BBQ Classes that are attended by people from across the country.  You can learn the techniques to be competitive in barbecue contests or just be the best in your neighborhood.  The schedule of classes is provided under Coming Events.
